A Comprehensive Master Plan Developed for a 124 acre site on Refugee Road in Columbus, OH. -The Master Plan is being developed in two phases. The first phase has been completed, including planning and market research for a daycare, assisted elderly housing, a high school, a commercial site, outdoor recreational park, a linear park, and market rate and subsidized single family and elderly housing units.
